A refreshing fruity flavor, with strawberry, cherry, forest fruits notes and delicate aromas of cinnamon, clove and black pepper.Bright ruby color with violet flashes that tend to purple.Best suited to accompany risotto and pasta, mostly ravioli and lasagna. Try it also with pulses soup and grilled or casserole meat.Best served between 8-10 °C.  Alcohol 12% vol
